State-of-the-Art Digital Technology for Dentistry

This course will review CAD/CAM technology as it can be applied to dentistry. Two primary system categories will be presented: digital impression systems and chairside CAD/CAM systems. The clinical workflow and patient treatment applications will be presented including diagnostics, orthodontics, fixed partial dentures, dental implants and restorative dentistry. Clinical research evidence will be presented to illustrate current outcomes.
